Your content
You retain ownership of policies, questions, and other content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service, including using AI providers to generate questions from material you submit.
AI-generated content
Questions and explanations generated by AI may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for training, compliance, or safeguarding decisions.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and starter content, is owned by QuizMe and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or redistribute it except as allowed under these Terms.
Third-party integrations
Optional integrations (e.g. Slack, Microsoft Teams, payment processors) are governed by the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output is accurate or compliance-grade.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
